Scaling a marketplace with programmatic SEO
Building a website to compete in the European real estate market.

We built a website for Lumo Houses to compete in the European real estate market. By connecting a structured database of prefab models to a high-performance SEO engine, we generated a massive search footprint across multiple languages without a matching ad spend.
The challenge
As a newcomer in the real estate market, Lumo Houses needed a way to capture high-intent buyers. And this without the use of paid ads. The market being broad and multilingual, it added complexity.

Our role
For this project our role was broad.
Database architecture
With the help of Airtable we mapped out the relationship between manufacturers, house models, and technical specifications. This allowed us to handle data in a flexible way. The data was finally injected into WordPress with the use of the WP Webhooks Plugin.
Programmatic SEO
The structured database, with the help of AI, helped us to generate pages programmatically to target long tail keywords.
Localized content
We deployed the content strategy across different European languages to capture local search volume while maintaining technical accuracy. We saw very good results in France and the United Kingdom.
Webdesign
We designed the Lumo website, even though the focus was mainly on the content.

The results
- Over 4 millions impressions generated
- Over 40k clicks in 2025 of organic search traffic
- A very good visibility in AI search
A structured database can turn out to be worth a lot for SEO. If used accordingly.
